Which size should I start with?: The one you would trade if the money were yours. A larger account is not easier to pass and the percentages are the same.
Can I upgrade later?: You can buy another account at any size at any time. Accounts are independent and each has its own rules and its own floor.
When does my account appear?: As soon as your payment confirms, usually within a few minutes. You do not need to contact anybody.
